Qualified undocumented students are now able to qualify for in-state tuition!  It is up to the institutions of higher education to create their own rules and regulations.

  

To qualify for ASSET a student must:

• Have attended a public or private high school in Colorado for at least 3 years or have a GED in Colorado.

• Be admitted to or already attend a public college or university in Colorado.

• Sign an affidavit stating they have applied for lawful presence.
